Dubai Real Estate Developers Record $5.6 Billion in Property Sales in July 2026
Dubai real estate developers recorded $5.59 billion (AED 20.5 billion) in primary property sales during July 2026, completing 9,585 transactions, according to DXB Interact data based on officially registered sales contracts with the Dubai Land Department.
Apartments accounted for the largest share of developers' sales, generating $3.43 billion (AED 12.6 billion) from 8,617 transactions. Villas followed with sales worth $762.9 million (AED 2.8 billion) across 501 transactions.
Commercial properties recorded $354.2 million (AED 1.3 billion) in sales through 349 transactions, while land sales reached $1.04 billion (AED 3.8 billion) from 133 transactions.
Dubai South, adjacent to Al Maktoum International Airport, ranked as the leading area for primary apartment sales by developers in terms of both transaction value and volume during July, recording $517.7 million (AED 1.9 billion) in sales across 2,164 transactions.
In the villa market, Yalayis 1 recorded the highest number of primary villa sales transactions, while Muhaisnah First ranked first in terms of the total value of primary villa sales during the month.
Secondary Market
Dubai's secondary property market, which includes the resale of completed properties, recorded sales worth approximately $3.81 billion (AED 14 billion) during July 2026 across 4,287 transactions, representing a 21% month-on-month increase in sales value and a 21.3% rise in transaction volume compared with June.
Apartments accounted for the largest share of secondary market activity, recording $1.42 billion (AED 5.2 billion) in sales through 3,142 transactions. Villas generated $1.36 billion (AED 5 billion) across 821 transactions.
Commercial property resale transactions totalled $158.6 million (AED 582 million) through 166 deals, while land sales in the secondary market reached $844.7 million (AED 3.1 billion) across 135 transactions.
