Dubai Property Developers' June Sales Rise 17.3% MoM to USD 5.9bn
Dubai property developers recorded USD 5.89 billion (AED 21.6 billion) in property sales during June 2026, up 17.3% from May, according to DXB Interact. The month's total comprised 10,398 sales transactions, a 36.9% month-on-month increase.
The average price of primary market properties reached USD 468 (AED 1,720) per square foot in June, up 21% from May and 0.5% higher than a year earlier.
Primary Market Breakdown
Apartments accounted for the largest share of primary market sales during June, with 9,116 transactions worth USD 3.60 billion (AED 13.2 billion).
Villa sales totaled 827 transactions valued at USD 1.04 billion (AED 3.8 billion).
The market also recorded 329 commercial property transactions worth USD 490.5 million (AED 1.8 billion) and 123 land transactions valued at USD 790.2 million (AED 2.9 billion).
Dubai South leads June sales
Dubai South recorded the highest primary market sales value and transaction volume among Dubai's communities during June.
The area generated USD 844.7 million (AED 3.1 billion) in sales across 2,819 transactions.
Q2 sales reach USD 20.7bn
Dubai property developers generated USD 20.74 billion (AED 76.1 billion) in property sales during the second quarter of 2026, across 28,622 transactions, according to DXB Interact, whose data is based on transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
The average primary market price reached USD 477 (AED 1,750) per square foot during the quarter, up 5.2% year-on-year.
Apartments accounted for 24,749 transactions worth USD 11.83 billion (AED 43.4 billion), while villas recorded 2,566 transactions valued at USD 4.60 billion (AED 16.9 billion).
Commercial properties accounted for 1,024 transactions worth USD 2.21 billion (AED 8.1 billion), while 374 land transactions generated USD 2.07 billion (AED 7.6 billion).
