A ranking of Dubai's largest real estate developers during the first half of 2026, based on property sales value, units sold, new project launches, and newly launched units, highlighted the varying strategies adopted by leading developers across the emirate.
According to DXB Interact data, Emaar Properties retained its position as Dubai's top developer by sales value, while Azizi Developments recorded the highest number of units sold. Reportage Properties led the market in new project launches, and Binghatti Developers ranked first for the number of newly launched residential units.
