RAK Properties Nears Bay Views and Beach House Handover With Projects Advancing
RAK Properties has reported further construction progress across 12 projects and phases in Ras Al Khaimah, with Bay Views reaching 99.3% completion, Beach House Phase 1 at 99.5% and Beach House Phase 2 at 97.83% as the developer moves several developments closer to completion and customer handover.
The company's latest construction update, covering progress as of July 2026, spans projects at various stages of development, from properties nearing completion to newer schemes where enabling and early construction works are under way.
Bay Views has reached 99.3% overall completion, with enabling, substructure and superstructure works fully completed. Finishing works stand at 99.1%, while mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works have reached 99.45%.
RAK Properties said Bay Views is entering its final stages as it prepares the development for customer handover.
Beach House Phase 1 has reached 99.5% overall completion, with enabling, substructure and superstructure works all complete. Finishing works are 98% complete, while MEP works have reached 99%.
Beach House Phase 2 is 97.83% complete, with enabling, substructure and superstructure works also finished. Finishing works have reached 94%, while MEP works stand at 95%.
RAK Properties said the main works across Beach House Phases 1 and 2 are substantially complete, with final enhancement works to the community's amenities still under way.
Cape Hayat is also approaching completion, with overall construction progress reaching 96.5%. Enabling, substructure and superstructure works are complete, while finishing works have reached 97% and MEP works stand at 95%.
Further along the development pipeline, Quattro Del Mar has reached 54.5% overall completion. Enabling, substructure and superstructure works are complete, while finishing works have progressed to 41% and MEP works to 42%.
Construction at Edge has reached 28.5%, with enabling and substructure works complete and the superstructure 86% finished. Finishing works stand at 5.9%, while MEP works have reached 3.3%.
SKAI has reached 10.2% overall completion. Enabling works are complete, while substructure works have progressed to 84.2% and superstructure works to 3.6%. MEP works stand at 1%.
The July update also showed progress across a number of projects at earlier stages of construction. ENTA has reached 6.8% overall completion, with enabling works finished, while Mirasol I is 6.5% complete, with its enabling works also completed.
Anantara Villas has reached 3.8% overall completion, with enabling works complete. Anantara Residences is 3.31% complete, with enabling works at 32%.
Mirasol II remains at an early stage, with overall construction progress of 0.2% and enabling works at 2%. Solera is also in the initial construction phase, with enabling works reaching 12%, although overall completion remained at 0% in the July update.
The figures highlight a development pipeline spanning projects at markedly different stages of construction. Bay Views and the two Beach House phases are closest to completion, followed by Cape Hayat, while construction continues across Quattro Del Mar, Edge, SKAI, ENTA, Mirasol, Anantara and Solera.
