Dubai Today Records USD 45.2 Million Off-Plan Apartment Sale at Aman Residences
Dubai today recorded the sale of a USD 45.2 million (AED 166 million) off-plan apartment at the under-construction Aman Residences Dubai project, according to Dubai Land Department data.
The apartment is located in Jumeirah 2 and features five bedrooms. It spans approximately 10,010 square feet (930 square metres), reflecting a sale price of around USD 4,520 per square foot (AED 16,583), or approximately USD 48,636 per square metre (AED 178,495).
The latest transaction follows two record-setting sales at the luxury branded development earlier this year.
On 5 March 2026, the project recorded the third most expensive apartment sale in Dubai's real estate market history, with a residence selling for USD 114.9 million (AED 422 million). The six-bedroom apartment covers approximately 31,200 square feet (2,898 square metres) and includes eight parking spaces, representing a price of around USD 3,683 per square foot (AED 13,525).
Less than three weeks later, on 26 March 2026, another apartment changed hands for USD 97 million (AED 356 million). The residence spans 31,194 square feet (2,898 square metres), translating into an average price of approximately USD 3,109 per square foot (AED 11,412), placing it among the most expensive apartments ever sold in Dubai.
In April 2026, H&H Development, in partnership with global hospitality brand Aman, announced the start of main construction works on Aman Dubai, a waterfront development comprising a luxury hotel and a limited collection of branded residences.
The development forms part of the Dubai Peninsula masterplan on the Jumeirah coastline, near Jumeirah Bay Island, and occupies a prime beachfront site that integrates residential, hospitality and lifestyle offerings.
Aman Dubai extends across approximately 36,000 square metres (392,000 square feet) of landscaped gardens with a private beach, while remaining within easy reach of Downtown Dubai and other key destinations across the emirate.
According to H&H Development, the residential component comprises two towers featuring a limited collection of luxury homes, including two- to five-bedroom apartments, a multi-level penthouse and a limited number of waterfront villas.
