Azizi Florence Sharjah Townhouses Start at $231 Per Sq Ft
Townhouses at Azizi Florence, Azizi Developments' first project in Sharjah, will start from approximately $515,000 (AED 1.89 million), ahead of the scheme's initial launch on September 10, 2026.
Azizi Developments has revealed starting prices for townhouses and villas at Azizi Florence, its first residential development in Sharjah, with townhouses priced from around $231 per square foot (AED 850).
According to a promotional video published by the developer on YouTube, three-bedroom townhouses at Azizi Florence will start from approximately $515,000 (AED 1.89 million), while four-bedroom townhouses will be priced from around $616,000 (AED 2.26 million).
Four-bedroom villas will start from approximately $913,000 (AED 3.35 million). Prices for five-bedroom villas begin at around $1.14 million (AED 4.2 million), while six-bedroom villas will start from approximately $1.35 million (AED 4.95 million).
The project is scheduled for its initial launch on September 10, 2026. Founder and Chairman Mirwais Azizi said in a recently published opinion article that Azizi Florence carries a development value of approximately $8.17 billion (AED 30 billion).
Spanning 30 million square feet, the master-planned community will include more than 10,600 homes, comprising 1,130 villas, more than 6,000 townhouses and 3,500 apartments.
Azizi said the project has been conceived as an integrated community combining residential, natural, cultural and leisure components, with the master plan developed by the company's in-house engineering team.
Plans include landscaped green spaces, botanical gardens, water features and a 1.7 million-square-foot central park, alongside running and cycling tracks and social and cultural facilities.
The development will also feature a school with capacity for around 1,000 students, two Friday mosques, a shopping mall, six clubhouses and a range of resident-focused amenities and services.
"Our ambition goes beyond building homes; we want to build a lifestyle," Azizi said, adding that the project is designed to serve the needs of future generations through a fully integrated residential community.
