Ras Al Khaimah Apartment Prices Rise 18% Year-on-Year in June

Apartment prices in Ras Al Khaimah remained above year-earlier levels in June 2026 despite recording a monthly decline, according to the latest REIDIN UAE Residential Property Price Report.
The emirate's Apartment Sales Price Index increased 18.03% year-on-year, while apartment prices were nearly 362% higher than five years earlier.
The Apartment Sales Price Index stood at 326.63 in June, down 1.40% from 331.27 in May. Compared with June 2025, apartment prices increased 18.03%, while they were 361.99% higher than five years earlier, the highest five-year increase among the emirates covered by REIDIN's apartment price index.
The Apartment Rent Price Index fell 1.82% month-on-month to 136.90 in June from 139.44 in May. Despite the monthly decline, apartment rents remained 14.34% higher than a year earlier and 68.25% above their level five years ago.
Apartment gross rental yields edged down to 2.79% in June from 2.80% in May, while the price-to-rent ratio increased slightly to 36.33 years, compared with 36.18 years in the previous month.
