Azizi Leads Dubai Property Developer Sales With $1.52 Billion in Q3
Azizi Developments led Dubai's property developers by both sales value and transaction volume in the third quarter of 2026, recording $1.52 billion (AED 5.6 billion) in sales across 6,801 transactions, according to DXBinteract data reviewed by Al Masdar Al Aqaari.
The developer's transaction count was more than three times that of Binghatti, which ranked second by number of sales during the quarter. Azizi also outpaced Emaar Properties, Sobha Realty and DAMAC Properties in terms of sales value.
Emaar Properties ranked second by sales value, generating $953 million (AED 3.5 billion) from 1,032 transactions. Sobha Realty followed with nearly $899 million (AED 3.3 billion) in sales across 905 transactions.
DAMAC Properties and Binghatti ranked fourth and fifth respectively, with each recording approximately $762 million (AED 2.8 billion) in property sales. DAMAC completed 1,503 transactions, while Binghatti recorded 1,989 sales.
Imtiaz and Ellington Among Top Developers by Sales Value
Imtiaz Developments generated approximately $545 million (AED 2 billion) in sales through 1,599 transactions during the third quarter, while Ellington Properties recorded $517 million (AED 1.9 billion) from 683 sales.
wasl reported property sales of $463 million (AED 1.7 billion), followed by Nakheel and OMNIYAT, which each recorded approximately $381 million (AED 1.4 billion) in sales during the period.
Binghatti Ranks Second by Transaction Volume
After Azizi, Binghatti ranked second among Dubai developers by transaction volume, with 1,989 sales in the third quarter. Imtiaz Developments followed with 1,599 transactions, ahead of DAMAC Properties with 1,503.
Emaar Properties ranked fifth with 1,032 transactions, followed by Sobha Realty with 905. Reportage Properties recorded 877 sales, while SAMANA Developers completed 804 transactions.
Ellington Properties registered 683 sales during the quarter, while Danube Properties recorded 534 transactions.
