Dubai's Most Expensive August Sales: $30 Million Villa, $23 Million Apartment
Dubai's luxury property market recorded 10 high-value transactions worth a combined $194.4 million (AED 714 million) in August 2026, led by a Signature Villa on Palm Jumeirah that sold for $30 million (AED 110 million).
The month's most expensive apartment sale was recorded at The Address JBR 2, also known as Jumeirah Gate Tower 2, where a unit changed hands for $23.4 million (AED 86 million), according to DXBinteract data.
The five highest-value villa transactions totalled $98.8 million (AED 363 million), while the five most expensive apartment sales were worth $95.6 million (AED 351 million).
Dubai's most expensive apartment sales
The Address JBR 2 (Jumeirah Gate Tower 2) recorded Dubai's most expensive apartment sale in August, at $23.4 million (AED 86 million).
ORLA Infinity by OMNIYAT on Palm Jumeirah ranked second with a sale worth $21.5 million (AED 79 million), followed by Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay in Jumeirah First, which sold for $17.7 million (AED 65 million).
Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Business Bay ranked fourth, with a transaction worth $17.2 million (AED 63 million). Aman Residences Tower 1 in Jumeirah Second completed the top five with a sale valued at $15.8 million (AED 58 million).
Dubai's most expensive villa sales
A Signature Villa on Palm Jumeirah was Dubai's highest-value villa transaction in August, selling for $30 million (AED 110 million).
A property in Emirates Hills ranked second at $26.7 million (AED 98 million), followed by a villa at The Oasis – Lavita, which sold for $15.2 million (AED 56 million).
Jumeirah Golf Estates – Phase B recorded the fourth-highest villa sale at $13.6 million (AED 50 million), while Palm Jebel Ali – Frond M ranked fifth with a $13.3 million (AED 49 million) transaction.
