Apartment Sales in Dubai Rise 19% to $4.6 Billion in Jun
Residential apartment sales in Dubai climbed to $4.6 billion (AED 16.9 billion) across 10,965 transactions in June 2026, up from $3.87 billion (AED 14.2 billion) generated by 8,467 transactions in May, according to an analysis by Al Masdar Al Aqaari based on official data from the Dubai Land Department.
The market recorded month-on-month growth of 19% in sales value and 29.5% in the number of transactions.
Off-plan apartments remain market driver
Off-plan apartments continued to dominate Dubai's residential market in June, recording 8,641 sales worth $3.51 billion (AED 12.9 billion), compared with 6,620 transactions valued at $3 billion (AED 11 billion) in May.
This represents monthly growth of 17.3% in sales value and 30.5% in transaction volume.
Ready apartment sales strengthen
The ready apartment segment also posted strong growth during the month, with 2,324 transactions worth $1.06 billion (AED 3.9 billion), compared with 1,847 sales valued at $872 million (AED 3.2 billion) in May.
Sales value increased 21.9% month-on-month, while transaction volume rose 25.8%.
Top-performing areas
Dubai South Airport City, one of the major master developments surrounding Al Maktoum International Airport, led Dubai's off-plan apartment market in June, recording 2,442 transactions with a combined value exceeding $545 million (more than AED 2 billion).
In the ready apartment market, the Burj Khalifa district ranked first by sales value, recording 84 transactions worth $107.6 million (AED 395 million).
Meanwhile, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) recorded the highest number of ready apartment sales during the month, with 330 transactions valued at $88.6 million (AED 325 million).
Dubai Apartment Sales in H1 2026
Dubai's residential apartment market generated $34.96 billion (AED 128.3 billion) in sales during the first half of 2026, across 66,315 transactions.
Off-plan apartments accounted for 50,159 transactions, with sales exceeding $27.25 billion (AED 100 billion), while ready apartments recorded 16,156 transactions worth $7.57 billion (AED 27.8 billion).
