Abu Dhabi Property Sales Reach 94% of 2025 Full-Year Total in Seven Months

Abu Dhabi property sales reached $25.56 billion (AED 93.8 billion) during the first seven months of 2026, equivalent to 94.4% of the total sales value generated throughout the whole of 2025, according to Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) data analysed by Al Masdar Al Aqaari.
Property sales totalled $2.11 billion (AED 7.75 billion) in July alone, underscoring the sustained strength of Abu Dhabi's real estate market this year.
Residential assets accounted for the largest share of July's sales, with transactions worth approximately $1.61 billion (AED 5.9 billion). Apartment sales reached $790.2 million (AED 2.9 billion), while villas generated $653.9 million (AED 2.4 billion). The remaining value came from other residential property categories.
Mortgage transactions totalled $1.47 billion (AED 5.4 billion) during the month, taking the overall value of Abu Dhabi's real estate transactions in July to more than $3.82 billion (AED 14 billion).
The total value of real estate transactions in Abu Dhabi during the first seven months of 2026 exceeded $35.69 billion (AED 131 billion), representing 92.3% of the total recorded throughout 2025, when overall transactions reached $38.69 billion (AED 142 billion).
