Dubai Property Sales Rise 2.7% to $7.94 Billion in September 2026

Dubai property sales rose 2.7% month-on-month to more than $7.94 billion (AED 29.1 billion) in September 2026, supported by a sharp increase in land sales, even as the number of transactions declined.
A total of 11,185 property sales were registered during the month, down 6.5% from 11,966 transactions in August, when sales reached approximately $7.73 billion (AED 28.3 billion), according to an analysis of Dubai Land Department (DLD) data by Al Masdar Al Aqaari.
The figures indicate that Dubai's property market recorded higher sales value despite fewer transactions, with land sales accounting for much of the monthly increase.

Dubai Land Sales Jump 20.5% in September

Land sales rose 20.5% month-on-month to approximately $2.56 billion (AED 9.4 billion) in September, up from $2.13 billion (AED 7.8 billion) in August.
The number of land transactions increased 8.2% to 885, compared with 818 in the previous month.

Dubai Mortgage Activity Rises 16.8%

Dubai also recorded an increase in mortgage activity in September, with the value of registered mortgages climbing 16.8% to approximately $4.55 billion (AED 16.7 billion), compared with $3.90 billion (AED 14.3 billion) in August.
The number of mortgage transactions rose 12.9% to 4,243, up from 3,759 a month earlier.

Dubai Property Sales Exceed $103 Billion in Nine Months

The September figures brought Dubai's total property sales for the first nine months of 2026 to approximately $103.4 billion (AED 379.4 billion), across 123,439 transactions.
