Azizi Developments is set to make its debut in Sharjah with Florence, a 30 million sq ft master development featuring more than 10,700 homes near Sharjah Sustainable City and Sharjah International Airport.
The project will comprise apartments, townhouses and villas across six residential clusters, marking the Dubai-based developer's first development in the emirate.
Preliminary details show that Florence will span 30 million sq ft, with about 25% of the site allocated to green spaces. Azizi has yet to disclose property prices, payment plans or a timeline for construction and handover.

The development will include 7.5 million sq ft of green space, including a 1.6 million sq ft central park and six smaller parks spread across the community.
The residential offering will include three- and four-bedroom townhouses and four-, five- and six-bedroom villas.
Townhouse plots will start at 1,614 sq ft, with saleable areas beginning at 2,214 sq ft. Villa plots will range from 3,363 sq ft to 4,843 sq ft, while saleable areas will range from 3,822 sq ft to 4,955 sq ft, depending on the villa type and number of bedrooms.
The master plan also includes a shopping mall and retail space, as well as a school, hospital and two mosques. Other planned facilities include 12 community clubhouses, electric vehicle charging stations and six entrances to the development.
An 11.5-kilometre running and cycling track will also run through the community.
According to project details, all townhouses and villas will feature private elevators, while villas will include en-suite bathrooms, gas-connected kitchens and open-plan interiors.
