Bugatti Residences by Binghatti has exceeded $1 billion (AED 3.74 billion) in sales since its launch in May 2023, with 110 homes sold by the end of the first half of 2026, according to an analysis by Al Masdar Al Aqaari based on official transaction data from the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

Home to Dubai's Most Expensive Apartment Sale

The ultra-luxury development in Business Bay set a new benchmark for Dubai's residential market in 2025 after recording the most expensive apartment sale in the emirate's history.

A six-bedroom penthouse sold for $150 million (AED 550 million). Spanning 47,201 square feet, the residence achieved an average price of $3,175 (AED 11,652) per square foot, making it the highest-value apartment transaction ever recorded in Dubai.

Two More Landmark Deals

The project continued to attract ultra-high-net-worth buyers in June 2026, when two more headline-grabbing transactions were registered.

The larger of the two involved a residence sold for $54.5 million (AED 200 million). Covering 20,408 square feet, the property was priced at approximately $2,670 (AED 9,800) per square foot.

A second residence changed hands on the same day for $19.1 million (AED 70 million). The 13,927-square-foot home achieved an average price of $1,370 (AED 5,026) per square foot.

Inspired by the Bugatti Lifestyle

Launched in May 2023, Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is the result of a collaboration between Dubai-based developer Binghatti and the legendary French luxury marque Bugatti.

Located in Business Bay, the 45-storey tower features 182 ultra-luxury residences, including 11 exclusive penthouses. Among its defining features is a private car-lift system that enables residents to drive their vehicles directly into dedicated parking spaces within their homes—a signature concept rarely seen in residential developments worldwide.
